DCL - What is Disney Dream? What is Disney Fantasy?

It´s me Margo and today I´m going to talk about the 2 newest ships of DCL fleet: Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.

What is Disney Dream?

Disney Dream cruises around Bahama and she offers 3 and 4-night Bahamian cruises. She is third ship of DCL. Disney Dream was ordered in February 2007 and her christening was in January 2011. Her maiden voyage was in January 2011. Disney Dream has 14 decks, her length is 340 m (1115 ft) and her maximum width is 38 m (125 ft). Disney Dream can accomodate 4000 passengers.

What is Disney Fantasy?

Disney Fantasy cruises around Caribbean and she offers 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises. She is the latest (fourth) ship of DCL. Disney Fantasy was ordered in February 2007 and her christening was in March 2012. Her maiden voyage was in March-April 2012, Disney Fantasy has 14 decks, her length is 340 m (1115 ft) and her maximum width is 38 m (125 ft). Disney Fantasy can accomodate 400 passengers.

Staterooms are specially designed for families. There are 9 different types of staterooms aboard Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy:
